This simple and effective meditation for awakening one's inner awareness
is my parting gift to all who wish to receive it.
I'm leaving SF now to involve myself in other ways

If you are so inclined, listing what you consider your main threads on your Profile page could help others locate them.
There's not allot of room there, but about 8 URLs can be listed w/ titles under 'Spiritual Beliefs.' |

Hey Xan,
Thank you for sharing this, it has really helped my process of meditation. It's a great one, and for me was pretty simple to implement compared to some others I've tried.
