Thank you I like the affirmations idea. Looking for some techniques that are moderately easy and not very well known. Quantum healing techniques, writing techniques for healing, etc |

Cognitive therapy is very helpful. Also, it is good to learn about the healing properties of herbs as long as you use common sense and homeopathy is good too.

Tom Campbell's distance healing technique. Fairly easy. The hard part is trying to find the part where he talks about it in his weekend long, 3 day lecture. :-D But it's all worth while :) You can look up the Cargary lecture on YouTube.

Pranic healing.
What kind of thing are you looking to fix if you don't mind someone asking as some things are better for some kinds of healing than other things.

I think I'd like to heal the sense of loss I have about a person. It's been this way for eleven years. I think I need to cut cords, it just seems difficult because they come back |
