Van dexter... Have you read William Buhlman's book "The Secret of the Soul"? It gives a variety of methods for different types of people and you may find your solution there.

Hello all,
I have a very common problem with AP. Everything goes great until I come to vibrations and increase heart rate. I feel the vibrations all over, and my heart beats faster then usual, which makes me breath deeper and much more pronounced. While in this stage I can totally feel my chest with my breaths, and I can feel my entire body.i just cannot separate. How does my astral body separate when I can feel my actual body. Help please, any and all Commments are appreciated.

You may not like my idea. This morning I got vibrations. I thought should I just wait and hopefully I will get out of my body without having to do anything or should I just get out of my body. I decided to get out of my body. It was very easy. The problem was it was too easy. I thought I physically got up and wrecked it. I realised shortly later that I was successful. Anyway it is a good skill to be able to get out of your body. If you can do that you will not have any problems not being able to get out of your body.
