Is that how it works with spiritual vibration? Our interactive existence falls within a spectrum of vibration. To raise or lower it would alter what you experience, and what others experience. This can be as simple a shift as altering your point of view in an argument surprisingly easily, to sensing pieces of something or somewhere beyond your history. Perception of the intensity of energy affects our perception of the flow of time as well.

When people talk about spiritual growth, does growth here mean gaining more energy? It means being aware of your state and your environment; what you affect and how you are affected positively and responsibly. It exists and we all should be aware of that. If so, why is it that suffering causes us to grow, where does that new energy come from?Defines our relationships to ourselves and others. The path is all I know about this one. Why does meditation cause us to grow, is it that we reclaim reintegrate lost/rejected aspects of ourselves? Yup - almost like remembering where we are right now. Who we are right now, etc. A wondrous time-out.

Is spiritual energy consciousness itself, meaning that the more energy we have, the more conscious and aware we are?Energy as we define it is sensory. More energy you feel, more aware you are of you right now. So, yes So with this in mind, if someone has a traumatic experience, and the memory gets repressed, they disown that part of their consciousness, so in this way they lose energy? And when they purge that darkness, they raise their vibration?Stronger then before maybe? I believe suffering is a delicate wound web not equally doled or perceived.
When we lose spiritual energy, where does it go?Energy is sensory. It is something we sense that we lose - maybe the manifestation of pain itself, or emotional pain. It is the "rotten apple" that is discarded, not the energy. One does not make a room smell better by removing all the air molecules - one simply changes the garbage. Does an energy healer lose energy every time they do a healing? If so, does that energy just replenish itself automatically. Why does it replenish itself, is it like the healer is a container of energy and when he/she loses some of that energy, she becomes a slightly unfilled container of energy? I ask this because I can't imagine that energy healers lower their vibration when they heal someone. Lets take a lower vibrational example now. Someone who masturbates to internet porn. The sexual energy that gets released, where does it go? Will that energy replenish itself automatically?
I have been learning about healing for years, and this is a difficult answer. Some many people have created many different ways of making people feel better, and most of these ways cause indirect self-harm to the healer. There are no easy short-cuts to self-healing, and the scale of injury is vast. There are few agreed upon answers to this - a spectrum of business people making the patient "feel better", to healers who love what they do, to a father holdng their sick child. We are all healers. The cause of the bad energy is released in whatever way, but this takes time and experience. Love and intention of wanting to feel better replaces it.

Answers are in highlighted font throughout your post.
Hope I helped a bit. Great questions - got me thinking.

I feel everyone has there own ways to recharge. When i feel i need a recharge ill take a quiet walk,or listen to some loud music youll know what you need when that time comes. I ve always had a hard time with the traditional meditation. But i know how to recharge, i just feel every one is different and you need to find and trust what works for you.

from electrical science we get that higher frequency is higher energy, but lower frequency sets the overall 'shape' of the energy vibration. So suffering gives you the opportunity to stop and change direction, which is harder to do when running at high speed. It is also related to the fact that If I want to build my hotel where your burger joint used to be, I have to lower the area by razing your burger joint before I can proceed to build a hotel.

meditation can help you grow if done with little movement or with slow movements, because little or slow movements correspond to lower vibrations.

I don't know much beyond that for sure...
