I was speaking to someone the other day, and they said "The way I AM" Is the way I live my life"..
I said to them "Why are you the way that you are"

hi daz,
maybe it is a combination of things, the way one was brought up, what they have learned or experienced in life.... OR maybe they are the way they are, just because that is how they want/ or choose to be ?

I am the way I am because of billions of years of evolution, with a little Enlightenment thrown in for good measure lol.

billions of years of evolution, all the influences and conditioning since day one of being born from family, media, school, religions, society etc and my own self awareness being curious as to what else I am and am capable of.

Here's another one daz. We are the way we are in each moment so that the soul can experience and learn exactly what is most appropriate for it to experience and learn.
Thats so weird. I 'accidentally' hit the sad button on my way to hitting the save button. Maybe Im sad today! Sorry about that daz, it looks very inappropriate somehow. Im gonna balance it with a happy face coz this doesnt seem to be a sad thread :) :)
