Letting the mind step down and the heart step up
A couple of years ago, at the started of the darkest experience I have ever had, I was in these ceremonies and was going through full on exorcisms, it was the craziest thing I ever experienced. I lost all hope, I believed I was possessed by demons which were dragging my soul to hell. At the end of the last ceremony, I had to speak out, I said "I ALLOW LOVE TO GUIDE ME!". It wasn't loud enough, so I said it louder. I did this about 5 times and by the 5th time I roared it with all the fury and intensity of the roars I was letting out during the exorcisms, the room was nearly shaking, someone there said it was like something out of the film 300.
My whole identity has been crumbling and the minds stepping down off the centre stage and the hearts emerging as the true power. I'm so grateful for whats happening, these exorcism experiences are still happening occasionally and there is more and more love and compassion flowing through them. Sometimes I feel invincible. I'm relatively fearless, after what I been through things just don't scare me. Theres deep faith. I really want to cry but don't know how. All that comes out are tears of love and compassion when I get these heart surges, its been years since I cried tears of sadness. Theres so much sadness in my heart, I need to cry but don't know how. Synchronicity is all around me, I randomly connect with people on the street who tell me they need to cry and they do it in front of me and I can't help but start crying too. I don't know what to do, I'm lost, I'm reaching out for help

Well heart surges can fill you up to help ease the burden of sadness when its time. Is there a hurry to get it out? It seems you can cry, to some degree, when your faced with reflections of others in theirs, your showing you do know how to let go at those times. I think timing or even seeking a support person in real life can help you undo the heart sadness if you are ready.

Your experience sounds beautiful, poetic. I don't understand where you see an issue regarding this.

i'd advise you to keep on doing the things you've been doing. you've spoken of
having undergone great changes, somewhat gradually (not instantaneously),
and you've said that you enjoy and appreciate the changes you've experienced.
keep on doing that; evolve further along the sames lines.
i also advise you to seek balance within your being, and don't focus your
growth into only one avenue. to access your tears of sadness, practice
empathy... listen to people and bring their stories of grief and mistreatment
into the awareness of your heart (as it seems you've done). if you find that
having your heart go out to those people doesn't seem to improve the
situation in some way, you'll probably seek to strengthen your other faculties,
so that they might provide remedy. i advise you to be authentic; be true to
the guidance you receive from your heart.

You sound so broken. Learning to cry again takes time. When you connect with yourself and love and want to protect the little boy inside of you, you will heal.
