Good luck to you Brandon. If it was me, I would probably have a lot of anxieties to deal with, especially about returning to the same situation at work, but at the same time, there's a heck of a lot of other fears that would be gone.
Trouble being motivated... You have the opportunity to be motivated by what's truly in your heart, what shines outward from within. Most people are only motivated by what's pushing inward from the world, like peer pressure and such. You know, God forbid somebody makes fun of them if they're not wearing matching socks.
Well, I've been thinking about the movie 'Yes Man' a lot recently, so that might be influencing my reasoning a little here. Maybe a pinch of salt is in order if you're read my post.
