oh yes, got it ..... though I thought the word was 'pounce' not move ? LOL ! 
so what kind of music are you going to download for the gym ?
since this is the film section .... I am thinking music from the movie ' Rocky ' might be an idea ....
and the last movie I watched was " Aloha " with Bradley Cooper. He was in the movie , I didn't watch the movie 'with' him, lol .

'Man from UNCLE'...fun movie...the 2 male leads are like gods and Alicia Vikander
was the 'robot'/AI in Ex Machina...every minute was great.
Similar to a well done 007.

Last night I tired watching "Hereafter" ...I say tried, because it was showing on regular television and though I was looking forward to it, the commercial intervals were so long and annoying, that I'd forget the plot.

Legend - with Tom Hardy as both Kray twins; about as non spiritual as you get but a cracking good movie none the less.
