how do you guys visualize?

when doing visualization for anything, do you visualize as if your living it and experiencing it, or visualize like as if looking at yourself from a 3rd person view?

My friend. I visualise in 1st person and in 3rd person. It is what works best for the individual. There is no right way.

yes depends on visualization but i love visualizing in 1st person,living it and experiencing it.

1st person as well and I always picture myself very happy and positive to what I am doing.
