Is it possible to channel excess energy without trying?

I almost want to use the phrase 'energetic imprints'. Imagine your brain is a television receiver, and the switch is receptive to an excess amount of channels - too much for the rest of your system to transmit. Instead of only receiving the basic channels, your receiver is suddenly picking up on 1-1,000 without a cable box to interpret what's coming across the server. It's just too much.

Clearly, I am not a television technician :) but is anything like this possible in terms of energy?

We already know energy is free and universal. So yes, technically, it makes sense. But would there ever be a situation where there is an excess amount of 'imprints' from places, people, situations - absolutely anything that has ever occurred energetically - being felt through one person alone? Is it possible their mental and emotional system wouldn't be able to handle it? It's like remembering every detail and every emotion of ten past lives - your brain, presumably, wouldn't be able to physically process something to that magnitude. Is it the same with universal energy? Can someone unconsciously access too much for their system?

Maybe one day your brain will have the correct beliefs (couldn't think of a tv word, maybe antenna) to use this major download of energy.

Hmm...

Well, I've fairly recently been experiencing random and very long lasting bursts/surges of energy which seems to come from nowhere...But I believe it's coming from my higher self...Granted I also believe it's possible to pick up energy from other sources...

The first time I noticed an increase in what I'll call spiritual energy (Kundalini energy?) began around the beginning of this year...It settled down for a few short months until recently I'm starting to feel another surge/increase in my spiritual energy...It feels very intense and at times very euphoric...

It feels so intense I literally have to work it out by working out on my elliptical...So perhaps when you are feeling overwhelmed with too much energy try finding some kind of way to release it?

I don't know if it can happen on that magnitude but in small does maybe. I believe the universe is in charge of whatever happens to us and would not let something so overwhelmingly powerful to hit someone unless they could handle it.
