from what i've heard tell, it's a matter of vibration.
raise the frequency of the reality you experience/create, and be open to
receiving the additional information that becomes available for witnessing.

the most direct method is through meditation. (from my understanding, no
one will pluck us out from 3D reality... we must accept that responsibility for ourselves).
it is not a difficult process requiring years of contemplation and study.
it is, in truth, a natural state of being... maintaining the illusion of separation
from our "higher selves" is a tiring pursuit however!

I see what you mean, though I live my material life in a 4D reality...whatever it is that's out there endures so I suppose "time" is the 4th dimension. Without it everything including me would be instantaneous. Just as illusory as in dreams and various consciousness expansion "techniques" but that's part of what's perceived while we're material.

This is the stuff of Tiphareth wherein Beauty lies, transcending the illusory to reach the true self.

Seems to be what the o/p wants but the path is long and arduous at times.
