Am posting this in 2 forums as a public service, but I have no personal experience with this, so I cannot provide any info beyond this.

The first link you provide certainly has a lot of sites to explore! I just might add there's also an Australian psychic, Robert Bruce, who has many videos on youtube, plus a few books, and teaches people how to become more aware of their astral body. Through him I realized how mental awareness can be switched on or off regarding your physical form.

I shall check him out.
