Welcome to The Forum! I just joined a couple days ago so I am also a newbie! I do not know anything about yoga but I do know that my chakras could use some clearing. My wife and I own a dance studio and I was just talking to her yesterday that she should find a yoga teacher for the adults! Hope you enjoy your stay!
