SM Energy Healing/Guided Meditation
I was writing to see if anyone had experience doing an energy healing or guided meditation in regards to their SC or TF relationship and what his/her results were.
I have been looking into the idea, along with a chakra healing, but am very new to the idea and how to go about it. I'm hoping that this will help release some blockages and fears I have in regards to this SC.
Any thoughts on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

I like Cassady Caine's (Twin Flame 1111) free guided energy clearing meditation. She has another free one also (you get both in the download) where you can connect with your twin flame.
I have had success with the energy clearing one. When he and I first reconnected and were having trouble actually seeing each other I did this meditation daily and saw signs that turned out to be the date we actually saw each other again after 20 years of having no contact with each other.
This week she had a blog that suggested doing this energy clearing meditation for the next 14 days. I started it again and after the first day I found a blog on healing that I needed. After the 2nd day, my twin texted me and said something that really opened up what I needed to heal. He knew but it was not something I'd been able to see.
I do find her free meditations helpful.
