I really do not understand how posting a thread in a wrong section--by mistake--can be construed as not having "respect for other members and their beliefs, opinions, and views at all times?" Nothing that was said here was disrespectful IMHO.

It makes me wonder if perhaps I should start tiptoeing about this site in case I inadvertently step on someone's toes?

Nothing wrong in making a mistake and ending up in a forum where the topic subject has no relevance - but it's disrespectful to those who hold sincere religious beliefs to continue with the topic once it's been pointed out.

Maybe I'm just old-fashioned and expect from others the same good manners I would show in a similar situation?

I may be wrong but nothing in what was posted seemed an attack or showed a lack of respect for the religious beliefs of the people who post in the Spiritualism forum.

You could have accused us of disrespect had your comment been ignored.

Since the thread had already been started you could have requested the moderator to move it to the appropriate section. It was suggested as a solution.

I am confused. My apologies for further polluting this forum.

I'm sorry if I posted in the wrong forum. Move it if you wish.

Miss Hepburn, and WhiteShaman I must say I find it hard to believe that you'll made it to the unmanifest. I thought the unmanifest was a huge deal if one could make it to such a place. This is not Samadhi this is the ineffable place that is literally out of your body and all dimensions.

From what I understand you need some faith to make it there too. Unless you have a lot of chi that can propel you into the unmanifest.

Any thoughts.

What you've said may feel reasonable from the perspective of someone who is not a Spiritualist - this is not the first occasion that I've had a similar discussion.

Maybe one day you'll feel as deeply about a subject important to yourself.

I find the continuing discussion here of a topic which is nothing at all to do with the religion of Spiritualism deeply upsetting. I feel sure that adherents of other religions would feel as strongly about their own.

Additionally, such unrelated subjects may also mislead seekers wishing to learn about Modern Spiritualism and for this reason, if for no other, I hope that readers of this thread will reconsider and discuss this topic in a suitable forum.

hey. In my 'yourspace' thread I just posted about this. It's the last paragraph of the last post. Take a look. If it's similar to what you want to experience let me know and we can work on a method together.

Hi!

I don't want to sound like the wise man around the fire, but I experience this realm a lot. I think, if I can be a semi-guide for you for a second here, that not being able to do anything in this world could mean that you haven't fully come to awareness that you are god.

I really don't mean to sound above anyone here. Just felt that I could give you a tiny bit of advice here which is to work on getting rid of the karmic laws in your mind so that you can free yourself from the base illusion. That way pure emptiness will appear to you as pure potential. More like a great space in which anything can exist. When you get there you can create a universe within yourself which is without suffering and somewhere that all beings can come to refuge in. A new vivid reality with only pleasure.

or maybe i'm just mad!
