Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I got two for the weekend from my thrifting excursions: The Seat of the Soul by Gary Zukav, and The Culture of Fear by Barry Glassner. I haven't read a spiritual book in a minute. I'll take turns reading both, I prefer the social science book by miles [grins] but I have been rusty with new ageism, plus it will help me be relateable/understanding to my freindzies

I am reading Mindfulness -an Eight Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. From about 8 books I got from the library about mindfulness, this is the only one, that actually teaches in detail HOW to be present, how to practice to be in the moment. I really love it.
