About 4 years ago on the now closed Pavlina forum this lady made this post . She had been part of a psy. school in Russia . She said one on the teacers was using his powers to effect her mind . She moved to New York , and he still was playing with her mind . It was hard to tell if her story was true , or she had a medical , or mental problem . She said non of the methods of psychic self defence that the forum sugested worked for her .

I've just logged in and was informed that three of my comments have been deleted. I'm feeling targeted right now, and extremely cautious and hesitant to continue participating on this website.

I've contacted website Administrators but do not know what the result of that communication will be. Until then, I am feeling most unwelcome, discouraged, deterred and even targeted.

I must note: I have seen an awful lot of users comments with the word "suspended" beneath their names. At this point, I am suspending my own activity here until, and if, this sudden and highly questionable "moderation" is worked out.

The members of this forum will try to help you , if that is what you want . I believe the mods of this forum are more than fair . If a member makes posts in violation of forum rules and will not discuss the mater with the mods he/she will get banned . The word banned is under there nic. not suspended . I do not believe any one hear is targeting you . I and many of this forum members believe in karma and are hear trying to help others .

I'm really new to coming to understand things like this, but what you are describing really hits home in my life as well. I don't have any answers nor any insight, but I can offer you validation. I, too have felt for years something wasn't right with me. Doing things so way out of character for my true self. It is disturbing :( I'm sorry you are going thru this and I hope you find answers on how to get rid of this spirit.

I really feel for you, this must be absolutely awful. Now, I wont dispute what other people have found to be their own experiences, but I will speak from my own as a healer and as someone who has been through similar (but not exact same) experience.

Firstly, I know people say that unless you allow a spirit in, they cannot come into your space etc, personally I have not found that strictly true. If your spirit is too open others can invade your space against your will, and if you have certain beliefs in your system things can be programmed certain ways. E.g I used to have issues with negative entities, and it turned out because I believed in evil and feared that it could overpower and harm me, that it was actually able to to a degree, so I had to work to heal that and this helped to make me resistant to this kind of thing - or cetainly much better.

Also I know a lot of people say to pray, or to just command them away, but I wouldn't necessarily agree with that. I think it depends on your level of belief and some other factors how effective that is. First thing I would suggest is to try Donna Eden's exercise of 'zipping up' - you'll prob find it on youtube. Its basiccally just tracing your energy up the centre of your body with your hand to zip up your energy and make you stronger and more resistant to intruders. I would also suggest using the likes of francincense oil - this really helps me feel cleared of any negative energy and of anyone elses energy all over me. Just put a few drops in your hands and rub can be enough but i tend to trace it through my aura and kind of clean myself. You can also bottle it and spray it in a little water around the room. Clearing your space would also be a good idea. I know the feeling of intrusion can be so awful!

I'm wondering if a curse could be at play here? Or if you believe this person can overpower you (in any way) - perhaps that would make you more susceptible. Also are you an empath? I am and it makes me pick up all sorts of awful things. I can tell when others are thinking sexual thoughts about me andhave even felt it. Horrible.

As for you feeling the person is taking over etc I'm afraid I don't know too much about that, and I hope I havent taken over, but I just wanted to give forward anything I knew that could possibly help you.
