It had it's moments as I was painting it ..... I can tell you !! ........  ........ could have easily ended up more on the "splodge" side of things !! ........  lol

My only current post in weeks is to you soulie. That picture you have created is gorgeous. i love the focus of the trees and want to go and mouch around them to see them. Beautiful. Cesxx

Thanks a lot !! ...... I'm so glad you like it ...... I wasn't sure when I posted it what people would think ...... hence the title !!
I have to say I am really chuffed with all the nice comments ....... (there's that word again !!) and yes ....... honest !! ...... it's my first painting ......
Oh Eck !! ....... I hope I've not peaked too soon ...... next one might be a right disaster !! ....... No pressure then Eh !! lol

I was just teasing you on the title, never heard the word " splodges " before....
must be a local word
I can see you " branching out " with your paintings and doing some abstract type paintings too, you might even name one " Splodges " !
don't be silly, there is no such thing as a disaster in painting. Each piece of art is unique in its own personality. no worries !
