She is with me in all that I do and that will continue to express itself in various ways.

Strange things started happening around the time she got sick, and then the night she died, I saw a person made of energy walk through my bedroom door. I took it to be her spirit, in energy form. It sounds nutty, but I feel like she's still here sometimes, and when I'm missing her, I'll talk to her. My belief is that our pets are parts of our consciousness, just like all the people we meet are, and that we will meet again in various lifetimes. If it makes you feel better to write about your cat, then do so, but you don't necessarily have to do so, if the time has come to taper it off a bit. You have the memories of her, and you'll meet her again.

That sounds wonderful. Your story has a lot of similarities to mine. Yeah,it's not just writing. It's different things. lol. but it feels natural and i am just going to keep being myself and staying in the moment. I don't need to wonder or worry about the future. :)

annabelle239, I fully understand how you feel. People express their grief in different ways, and if you find writing about your cat helps, then carry on - regardless of what other people may think. On the other hand, if you are tiring of writing blogs, etc. then you need not feel guilty if you want to stop or have a break. Whatever you decide, one way or the other, this will not affect your love for her, or her love for you.
The important thing to remember is that your cat is alive and well on the astral and that you will be reuinited in due course. So your separation is only temporary. Very little else matters, as long as you keep her in your heart with lots of loving memories - and think of her often. She is never far away.
Every best wish to you.

Try locating the Melchizedek Meditation--it may help.
