What Am I FEELING?

Hi Everyone! =)

Over the past year I have been into healing crystals and into energy work. I noticed a while ago that my crown chakra opened because I felt intense tingling on the top of my head.

I began noticing that during my meditations I would feel gushes of energy that start from my crown and go all the way down to my feet. This happens super fast, and sometimes repeatedly for a minute or so. Then it began happening spontaneously throughout the day. I feel this sensation during my day and while meditating now.

I also noticed that when I take my hand at my crown chakra and move my hand down my body towards my feet I feel the energy shifting. When using my hand I hold it above my solar plexus and sacral and I can feel the energy shift in my belly and sometimes my stomach will growl. When I hold my hand above my heart I feel pressure.

I was curious if anyone knew what this was, and why it is happening? Any information about this would be so helpful.

Well you said it, you're feeling chi stimulation and movement. You can manipulate it with your awareness, or by physical movements like you were doing. You can also use qigong and tai chi, meditation, breathing practices, and probably lots of other things to do this. The sensations themselves aren't as important to focus on (unless there's a problem or an illness, or it feels like there might be), internal energy can feel like lots of different things (heat, pressure, tingling, fluttering, etc.)

It means you are sensitive to energy. The crystals would amplify the energy you feel.
