Do u think one twin feels more hurt than other
I was thinking that both feel pain and hurt from separation but one feels more. Not because the feelings aren't mutual but because one is more evolved and handles the connection better and understands its necessary to separate for growth? Also if u are the other half resisting the connection does that call for more of pain and fast awakening? Any opinions?

I would think so. But, whether the other half connects some of the dots or the whole picture I do not know.

I used to think so, and sometimes I still do, but I'm no longer certain about it. I think mine feels the pain as well, but maybe doesn't recognize exactly where it comes from. *shrugs*

Interesting question, AutumnL. Another poster in this topic spoke of some twins being more connected in their physical chakras (root, solar plexus, and sacral) and thus are more "aware" of physicality and physical experiences.
And this made me think, I tend to be more connected in the spiritual chakras (the 4 up the body), and live this life more from these energy centres, and thus am more aware of my spirituality and spiritual beingness, like my connection to my Twin Flame.
So this post by the other member speaks to, the way I see it, your ideas about one twin being more evolved and more aware of the connection.
It's all startin' to come together for me - I LOVE this forum!

Raven Poet, that is interesting because like u I feel more aware in my 4 upper chakras especially the heart. I feel him in my heart chakra but not pain more longing or missing him. I feel love radiate through me and to me. How about u? Btw, I love this forum too!

I am quite certain that one twin always feels the hurt more!! That would be me!!!!
I agree that it's not because the feelings aren't mutual, but yes, I think it's simply that the other twin has a better grasp of things, and is better able to handle the time apart...frustrating, isn't it? Or maybe they're trying to teach us?
(Oh, yes, I know, my TF is trying to teach me patience.....sigh....give me strength, lololol!!!)

I am terrible at patience as well. Although heaps better at it now than before I met TF - which means I must have been SO super impatient beforehand!

Yes...I think I hurt more because I've allowed myself to be completely vulnerable & open to this experience. He said that he can compartmentalize things & put them away for the most part. I also asked him how it was so "easy" for him to detach & act like it's no big deal what we're going through. His reply: "I don't detach. I cope." And his was of coping is running/cutting off or limiting contact until he can handle the intensity again. Meanwhile I am in tears many times missing him.
