Earlier today, I listened to some meditation music. I reached deep into my heart, and I let all of my feelings out. I felt an abundance of unconditional love... for somebody who I am no longer even with. These feelings- they're scary, and I knew they were there, and I tried to push them away... but they're still there. I'm hoping they'll go away soon, but I know that probably isn't the case.

The idea that I'm well enough now to receive support, affection and intimacy - and that there might be someone within reach I'd like to get to know.
It also makes me skip a beat to know I will let it all take time, and savor every moment.
I am really with genuine joy looking forward to whatever happens.
