In Hindi/Sanskrit, the letter "S" is usually pronounced as "Sh" and so, you are looking for Kashi...Kashi is the ancient name for the city of Varanasi which was also formerly known as Benares.Kashi means "City of Lights" and it is the city of Lord Shiva.
