Ah..it's so good! Maybe try mild sweet onion in place of the shallots? I love the combination of garlic, white wine, shallots and lemon...it can be used on shrimp as well with pasta...delish!

Last night I fixed crock pot burritos, refried beans and raw broccoli and cauliflower with dip.
Tonight will be fish stew and roasted elephant garlic smeared on baguette bread.

We're having leftover burritos tonight. I need to make some more flour tortillas. The last gluten free ones I made turned out better than I expected.
