constant dreaming. Help?

Almost every night and every nap I have a dream. Either I am fulfilled by a desire or I am extremely uncomfortable within the dream. I don’t have nightmares, but in many of the dreams I battle with many realistic emotions or I encounter individuals that I’ve met before in real life.

why am I constantly dreaming?

It might "seem" that you're constantly dreaming, but it simply isn't so. Also, it is quite natural and normal to dream. If you truly feel that you're dreaming more than you normally do, it's probably because you nap. The longer one sleeps, the longer one's dream cycles become and the time between each dream cycle shortens. In other words, the more you sleep, the more you'll dream. Babies and young children dream more often and enter into dreaming quicker because they nap more. The same with adults who nap more often.

Do you have a history of trauma? I do and I get very vivid dreams each night as a result. Not even related to the trauma, usually they are like scenes out of action/adventure/fantasy movies lol. Crazy stuff. Don't know if there is a way to stop it but I usually find them quite amusing. Especially the flying ones haha.

I think most people have such dreams.. about dealing with their emotions and meeting people they know..
It's just a matter of remembering them regularly, so good for you I would say. Try to increase your awareness in the dreams..

yes i’ve had some traumatic events in my life that I feel as if I’ve come to terms with. I’m mentally clear, which is why I don’t understand why I dream of fighting and sex and other things. I abstain from sex, I don’t fight but I can be very aggressive at work. I also sometimes bottle up anger, but altogether i feel pretty clear within my thoughts.

I wouldn't worry too much about it..
You're a man.. If you don't have sex you will dream about it. That's entirely normal..

Rather than a spiritual cause, dreams usually expose supressed emotions, desires, and traumas. Everything you try to run away from in your awakened state comes back to haunt you in your dreams. That's just the way our subconscious works, a totally natural phenomena.

You see it as a bad thing, but it actually is a good thing, all you need is a perspective change.
Constant dreaming must be met with constant prayer. You need prayer.

I'm feeling there is a particular theme to the dreams you are speaking of. Even though they may not be nightmares--if you're dreaming is increasing and you're uncomfortable it could be a message you need to consciously address, and a great change may be coming your way.

Pay attention to your personal symbolism, write your dreams down in a journal. Go back after a week or two and reflect on your dreams and see how they might connect and try to decipher what your guide is communicating to you (don't overthink it, trust your intuition)

Good luck!
