Are these my Feelings or TF's Feelings?
How can you tell which feelings are yours and which are coming to you from your twin flame?

My TF is going through a crisis and I told him the other night how scared for him I am. After his response I'm wondering if it is really me who is scared or if I'm picking up his own scared feelings. Any way to know?
