Astral projection and twin flames
You ever feel your twin flame astral project to you ?
Sometimes I'll be laying down, always eyes closed, and I feel like im.about to astral project. It feels like it's her astral projecting to me, but then it makes me feel like I am going to astral project too.
I'm not sure how to make it happen because when I feel that astral projection coming on, I sense my twin flame and she gets scared that I can sense and feel her, and she backs off. It's like she's scared of me knowing her, deeply and fully and energetically.
Any ideas?

I dont astral project. My spirit team wont allow for it and I prefer it that way.
its too deceptive of a realm for me.
He does bring a part of me to him and he comes to me. we have 'code' to know. its funny. like he'll mention something only he could know for me to know its him. anyone or anything else i block out. my energy is sacred and not a garbage land for anyone to dump in and on.

If I understand astral projection, then yes, I have felt their presence in my presence. What else would you like to know?

I haven’t tried that yet. A.P. makes me nervous unless I’m alone, or doing it alone (not purposely meeting someone). So it could be that she is nervous in the same way. Maybe she would rather not meet and is surprised by your sensing her so she hesitates and goes elsewhere.
I have met him once in a dream, very early on and I prefer that. Have you dreamed of meeting with her?
