I have been working on holding my attention alot lately. I would love to know what you focus on, and how you don't get distracted by every day life.

Everyday life can be a rather pesky and distracting thing. It can consume a good deal of ones time and energy if they wish to resist getting drawn into it.

One wonders why we bother to incarnate at all, except of course when there is ice cream or chocolate involved.
