I agree with some of that quote and some doesn't resonate, but thanks for passing it on. I think one thing to bear in mind with my experience is that I don't go seeking this information.

My experience on friday was like this..... I was talking about the fact that I need to learn to stay grounded. My healer suggested something I didn't agree with and we had a slight heated discussion. I went quiet and felt a bit emotional, then commented on the face that there may be a number of reasons why I don't want to stay grounded.... the emotions continued to build and I became aware of a sensation like hearing screaming in my head. I told her and she said that, if I was up to it, see if I could find out what it was.... I closed my eyes and became aware that I was wearing a Norman helmet and holding a shield and spear.

In the past I have had lost of physical sensations that indicated that I was shifting dimensions, but this time it was instant once I allowed it to come through.

My reason for posting.... I included that in my OP

I don't really know why I'm posting.. I just needed to talk to someone about it I guess. I love my husband and he loves me very much, he respects my "weird world" but he wouldn't know where to start with helping me deal with this.

I know in a short time I will start to feel less shell shocked but at the moment I really could do with a hug from someone that understands......

Arthribiristan, thank you. This sort of work is always very powerful, but as it is spontaneous and not sought after I simply go with the flow and trust all will be well in the end.

It doesn't really matter does it tilia. The main thing is, that you are receiving the healing needed. The why's and wherefore's make no difference in the scheme of things. It's all just descriptive words in the end. Good to hear you're moving through with what is needed.
