Haha! You just brought me back to the late 1990's. My older brother was a parrot head and this was one of my favorites he'd used to blast on the stereo.

HAHA.......yeah....I'm a major "Parrot Head" myself!!

I have satellite radio in my car and its pretty much permanently tuned to "Radio Margaritaville!!!

I've been to a ton of Jimmy Buffett concerts over the years and was actually at this very show back in 1990 that this was recorded live at!!!!

No disrespect to his current line up of backup singers...Nadira Shakoor and Tina Gulilckson are fine vocalists....but they are both alto's/meso-sopranos and just can't hit those high notes!!!!

Back in 1990 when Jimmy had Marry Harris, Dena Iverson and Katherine Maisnik singing backup vocals...

Those girls were just amazing and nobody in the band has been able to hit those high notes on "One Particular Harbor" since Katherine Maisnik left and went back to her acting career.

Here's "One Particular Harbor" from that same 1990 CD.......just listen to those amazing high notes Kathy Maisnik hits during the chorus!

Yes! This was the favorite album always played by my brother-- love it! And you chose my other favorite song. Yes, those vocals are amazing. Such pretty and upbeat music. How could you not be happy listening to this music?
