weird lucid last night

Last night i had a lucid dream, i felt i was going to separate from my body smoothly but stayed within separated.
I saw this hammer banging something and it was load, at the same time my solar plexus was thumping like mad. I could feel my stomach jumping like mad.
After it stopped my physical arm swung up in the air involuntary.
I then went lucid again, my spirit guide was talking to me (cant remember what though) but was told il shake now, could feel my energy body thumping then felt physically my heart thumping out my chest.
It was like bubbles of air coming out my heart and chest, then it all stopped.
I was still awake while this all happened as my partner was talking to me next to me asking why my arm was flying everywhere, i replied whilst it was happening then sat up in bed when it all stopped.

What happened? i cant make sense of it

To add to that, i lost my hammer 2 months ago, after writing post above, i found my hammer under my bed!!

I think you may have almost experienced astral projection! I don't know much about that though so I can't say for sure, but you did mention feeling like you were going to smoothly separate from your body... then you felt your energy lifting up, right? Sounds like astral projection or OBE. After all, many of them stem from lucid dreams!
