I am a bit confused about the dates.
Wikipedia says 21 November which they say is a Monday. When I checked the Calender, 21st is Saturday.
On another website, it says the date was 3 November.

My bad, a simple check of the calendar would have confirmed that the 20th isn't Monday. lol
I have checked many places - I think we're going to need an astrologer here, because I have seen many dates everywhere from the 17th (today) up until the 3rd December.

NEWSFLASH!!!
It's on the 3rd December - I'm 2 weeks too soon, so I'll bump this thread up then.
Sorry for the problem...I was told by a friend it was on Monday and to check Wiki and see...I did and just took their word for it.
Someone needs to fix that Wikipedia entry...
Don't bother replying to this guys....we're not there yet.

Namaste.
This is only what I do.
First, I go to the local dog shelter and make a donation or help out.
Then I'll do an ordinary Shiva puja, but make the focus on Lord Bhairava I'll include a puja for Saturn as well (Bhairava is the presiding deity).
I'll also chant the Bhairavashtakam.
I'll read the story in the Shiva Puran about how Lord Bhairava appeared.
I'll offer black grains like black dhall.
