Need help

The problem is scope. I'm no psychic but in replying you'll know of my concern. It could be anything from something that started (at some point) with the physical (certain foods are proscribed before retiring for the night) and once set in motion, it persists (with or without your conscious awareness); to entities (which may not be harmful) trying to make contact with you for some reason.

But someone would need to know a lot more of your background, your work, family (do you live with parents), any spiritual practices with which you've been involved, approximate age, are you a parent? do you generally sleep well? do you have a nightlight in your room? have you something sorrowful in your past - probably the kind of thing a psychic might need to know...(but I've never needed the services of a psychic and am only marginally so myself, so I may be wrong there).

But if it is a physical/aerial manifestation, I'll set my hope that someone here can suggest something simple to deter it. There are possible banishments from burning certain incenses, doing small banishing ceremonies and things.

A possible protection is to read a psalm aloud with great sincerity. 64 is good for protection, but 83, or 122 are good too, just before bed (and maybe in the morning too). Doesn't matter what religion you are, regard the God in the psalms as the Supreme Being that gave rise to everything in the universe, material and mystical.

But I do hope you find an answer quickly.
