Are you nervous or concerned about the weather changes we are seeing? 55 in Dec could just as easily made you happy lol

Not just alive, cause even when I was most sick, I knew I was alive, but after 3 days of high temperature and little to no sleep, I remmber feeling like a person can go on for too many days in that state of consciousness.
Vertical is to live, as horizontal is to die. From Bucky Fullers "Earth Inc" book.
Also proper sleep  is another important pathway to better energy and consciousness states.

Whatever you feel, you project. The universe doesn't know angry or mad.
So, instead of looking for the reason for this rage in the universe look inside first. |

you should question your anger and why you are angry. Then question why that thing makes you feel angry and irritated. Just try to have an open mind as to why you feel this way sort of step back from the situation. Don't to brush the anger away it will only build up.
You should watch teal swan's video on youtube on how to deal with anger.
