What does your higherself look like?
I FINALLY saw mine He looks like dust witch from " something wicked this way comes" kind of creepy pale and ambiguous!. I work hard to see this higherself and now I almost wish I had not.

I don't understand what my friend told me exactly...but
she experienced her soul, sorry, saw her soul.

your HS trusted that you could handle it, and HSs are never wrong.

I meditated with a bowl of Howlite stones. they can help meditation reach its best and connect to higherself. IS hard to explain but the mental picture just happened and best I can call it is an evil looking witch not beautiful at all here hahahah
