'today i choose love'

"after all the rushings," one thing is sure, love got us suited up,
whether it be city love or park love or market love or finally home
love or music love or movie love or something favorite love, or
workout love, or real people love, or something to progress in -
love, each, makes us stand up and be better alive. today i choose
love goes in-depth to prevail us and all others "right," 'not without
right,' "but on-ly by cheer or and cheer up we be." today we use
reason and not excuse. today you can and shall choose love

Your title reminds me of one of those beautiful Haiku poems by Basho.

The one that came straight to mind was:

This morning I will not brush my hair
It has lain pillowed
On the hand of my lover.
