Hey guys!
Decided to join the board so I can talk with others about and share my progress 
I had my first and only (so far) out of body experience a little over a year ago (which I'll try to make a post about in the astral section). It was very surreal to me since I had never experienced anything like that before.
As crazy as that was, I didn't really look into astral projection a lot or dedicate my time to spiritual studies due to me being super busy dealing with school and work. A few weeks ago I found an awesome channel on YouTube that posted near death accounts that really got me interested in spiritual matters again. I've been keeping a dream journal and meditating (which has really helped with stress).
Anywhoo, looking forward to conversing with some like-minded people

I've had a strong interest in NDE's myself over the years... Less so now but that field / subject matter was a significant influence that spurned much contemplation in my life...
