The Physical, Astral, and Mental Bodies and SOUL

Greetings Everyone!
The thing to always be aware of is that we are SOUL. Period and end of story. Soul is the I AM PRESENCE, and who WE REALLY ARE. It is that point of awareness that just KNOWS THAT IT KNOWS, and just KNOWS THAT IT IS! And it is THIS that animates everything that we do, and ultimately, is THE REAL US no matter what the plane of consciousness that we as SOUL are operating on at any given time.
The average person walks around with just the awareness that they are a physical body on the physical plane. Maybe they also realize that when they dream, they are kinda sorta someplace else, but that's about it. So SOUL is only aware at this stage that IT is a physical body on the physical plane.
Astral projection is a process where SOUL, which had previously been confined to the physical body, now realizes that it can split itself off from the physical body, and travel both in the physical and astral realms in an astral body. And now it mistakenly identifies the astral body as it's highest self.
When SOUL becomes aware that IT also has an astral body on the astral plane, IT initially thinks that IT’S astral body, and IT are one and the same thing. But they are NOT! Just like when SOUL only knew that it had a physical body on the physical plane, and thought that this was all there was to life, now SOUL thinks that the physical body on the physical plane AND the astral body on the astral plane that it can now step into is the BE ALL AND END ALL of existence. But IT'S NOT! And over time, as SOUL grows into and expands ITSELF fully into the astral plane, when this happens to a SOUL, it is called "Astral Illumination", or "Cosmic Consciousness".
Then, As SOUL becomes aware that it also has a mental body on the mental plane, the exact same thing happens once again. And now SOUL thinks that the mental body and the mental plane are the highest reality. And that IT is actually the mental body on the mental plane. But once again, IT'S NOT! So now SOUL thinks that the mental body is actually SOUL ITSELF. And SOUL can now also step back into the astral body on the astral plane, and into the physical body on the physical plane. But now the mental body on the mental plane seems to be the BE ALL AND END ALL. But it's NOT! And once again, as SOUL grows into and expands ITSELF fully into the mental plane, when this happens to a SOUL. it is called "Enlightenment", or "Oneness With Universal Mind".
However, the reality all along has been that SOUL is separate and higher than those three planes. And once SOUL realizes that IT is actually SOUL, a point of awareness and light way beyond the physical, astral, and mental arenas, once SOUL grows fully into THAT realization, this is called "Self" or "Soul" Realization. And obviously, at this point, everything changes. For now SOUL sees everything from the top down. Soul now realizes that it is free to travel and experience everything all on IT'S own. It may still use all three bodies on each of the three respective planes, but IT NO LONGER IDENTIFIES ITSELF WITH THEM AS ITSELF! And it no longer needs to "project" and split itself off as such. IT just shifts IT'S awareness to where IT wants to be, and IT is there! And this is the whole key to all true mystical understanding, in my humble opinion. SOUL now knows with certainty that IT IS SOUL. And it can also move way beyond and above all of these three lower planes into much higher spiritual worlds and dimensions all on IT'S OWN.
SOUL also realizes at this stage that it is, and always has been a spark of the ULTIMATE, INFINITE OCEAN OF GOD ITSELF! So the next stage is that SOUL desires to merge back into that ocean from whence it originally came. And when this merging happens, this is called "God Realization". For now SOUL realizes that IT and GOD are ONE AND THE SAME! And the interesting thing here is that, in this merging, SOUL both loses IT'S identity, and gains more of IT'S identity at the same time. For not only does the drop merge back into the ocean, the ocean also pours into the drop. It has been said that at this stage, one is like a circle with it's center everywhere, and it's circumference nowhere.
