Can a stranger be your twin flame?

Can a person you lock eyes with on the street or on the bus be your twin flame but you don’t get a chance to interact?
Or there must be interaction in the twin flames first meeting?

Anything is possible.

I seem to remember meeting mine only briefly when we were pre teens (like 6-8 yrs old) in a restaurant on a holiday.

It was an odd memory lost to me that I didnt recover until later in life in my 20s. But I can see it clear as day in my mind now. Whenever I eat pie with ice cream I always go back to that restaurant. We were kids and we saw each other but our parents did not let us sit together. I guess we were too young to realize this was not normal behavior per se. By the time we met later we were all damaged by the world and newer loves. Never did make it in this life.

Yes but they interact. But I didn’t get a chance to talk to that stranger, so I still call him a stranger. But I feel like the Universe was guiding me to remember him.
Or I’d say is it possible that a passenger is your twin flame lol

Well, yes a little bit. So, not quite the same as what you were asking. But only briefly. We were already going on a little date until our parents ruined it.

Hi, I new to this forum , this happened to me 7 years ago, every time we saw each other our eyes would lock but we never spoke only sometimes said hi ( not all the time though) I haven’t seen this guy for 5 years but do think of him daily I do believe he is my twin & hoping he will return one day.
