Twinflame has moved on but still feel him

My twin flame is with someone else but I can still hear loving feelings from him via the telepathic connection e.g "i want to marry you" and I tried cutting the cord, since I could feel unhealthy obsessive thoughts of him and it was successful but then a minute or two later I then feel a physical sharp pain where our cord is in my solar plexus. And then I could feel him again but faintly.

So if he's moved on and seems happy then why am I still feeling all this?

Affirm that you don't want to be connected to him anymore. Your thoughts of him and his thoughts of you are creating the connection or keeping it alive.

I simply say i do not wish to be connected to (name) any longer.
Also grounding is super important to help cleanse you of his energy.
