Hippogriff and owls?

Do you have any idea what this means?

This was the only part of my dream I clearly recall.
I was on some dirt road (like from olden times before there were paved and tarred roads) in the middle of a small town. Trees on and off dotting the sides of the road.
Under the shade of one of the trees (weirdly enough, the tree was at the side of the road but this was practally in the middle of the road) was a hippogriff on top of a stool.
A lot like this but with a proper lion's tail.

Not ready to attack, not fully relaxed either. Simply standing on all fours on it, watching everything.
Next thing I know, I'm several steps away to the right, turned away from it and see a regular old owl that someone else was holding. (Hands on its wings so it wouldn't flap and hurt itself or anyone else.) Yet, it was there, as relaxed as ever.

After this, I turn to my right yet again and, this time, I see a baby owl being held in someone's cupped hands.
(younger than the one shown in this picture, but close enough to tell that it's NOT a fresh hatchling or a full grown owl.)

And that's all I remember.

Not knowing what a hippogriff was I looked it up and it all I found was reference to a creature that was half eagle half horse. A griffin is half eagle half lion. I couldn't find any literature on an owl lion creature so I will just go by the symbology of the two animals. Owls generally represent wisdom and knowledge. Lions generally represent strength and power. So this suggests to me that using knowledge and wisdom is where your power comes from over brute physical strength. I wonder if the dream is saying the two animals are your spirit animals whereas some people only have one. Maybe the other images showing just the owl are saying that knowledge and wisdom play a larger role. Though not sure why the last image was a baby owl. When I think of babies I think of innocence or the beginnings of something. So maybe you are in the process of learning something new. You will use this new knowledge in a powerful way but for now just take the time to learn as much as you can.

Heya Michelle11!

Thanks for taking the time out to help me understand this. It's appreciated <3

I wasn't sure if the animal in my dream was hippogriff or griffin, but thank you for clearing that up. (Google wasn't much help in that regard.)

After reading what you wrote, that does sure line up with what's currently going on in my life on the spiritual front. I tell you what, I'm not sure I would've put this together on my own, but I'm glad you're able to help out. (Plus, it helps put my curiousity and confusion to rest about what this means.)

Thanks again for your time with this. May the week ahead be a good one to you!
