When I was younger and busier I would work on my spirituality in spurts like that. It wasn't until I was older I had the focus to make it a daily thing. |

lemongrass, it is special when Joey visits. Even though he's a wild creature he never snaps at me or struggles to get away when I have to pick him up and set him on his path back home. He's a cool turtle.

Even in Glasgow Scotland it's 32C (90 Fahrenheit). That's unusually high for Scotland.
My flat is so naturally cold that it's 20C inside (68 Fahrenheit) which is just fine for me. I don't even have any AC.

Boy aren't you the lucky one. We have to pump in the cold air with our air conditioner. Hey! I'm not complaining!

Yeah, it's great in the summer but in the Winter it gets as cold as -11 Fahrenheit in the flat with the heating on full. It's got some crazy ancient electric heating system that is woefully capable of generating any heat.
