Letting Go of Time
One thing that has helped me on this journey is letting go of time. To stop thinking about how long it has been since I've heard from him or seen him. To stop worrying why I have not heard from him. I now realize he is part of my life and will remain so. It IS ok if we don't have contact for a little while. This has been a relief to me to let this go and makes things so much easier. I can now enjoy his being in my life.
Hope this may help some others out there.
