Hello from Ukraine
Hello everyone, my name is Alex. I was born and grown in Ukraine. Not so long ago I went on a business trip to the UK, where I met an amazing person (Hi, Bryan, we never exchanged contacts and I do not really believe that I can find you on this forum, but I hope for the best), who opened up to me an inner world of energy of a person. He showed me some simple exercises (such as the concentration of energy in certain areas of the body, etc.) and I went into these exercises with my head.
On my return home, I was unpleasantly surprised that we practically do not have people who were engaged in energy-practices. Most of them are ordinary charlatans. I would be glad if you helped me find suitable literature (perhaps people), share development tips.
I did not get over the last exercise Brian spoke about, I can not fall in meditation. Perhaps the problem is that we had very little time, or I just did not remember something from his explanations.

BTW, my real name is Alexander Vyargizov. The surname from Mordovian is translated into Russian as Volkov. Volk = Wolf in English.
