Spiritual development symptoms at night??

Hi there, I am looking for like experiences or advise if anyone knows what this may be. So about a month ago I had a snall period of time where I would get intense energy surges at night throughmy feet and palms of my hands. So intense it made me feel almost restless but not quite. Last night, again I kept waking up until I finally looked at my clock after waking up again and it was 1:11 AM. I have been seeing this number a lot along with 911. Intense energy but this time not just my hands and feet but up my spine. I grabbed my smokey quartz which seemed to help a bit but not much. I putt both my hands together (i felt it coming much more out of my right hand) and it seemed to distribute the energy equally throighout my body. Still intense. After about an hour, i sat up in meditation position and felt instant relief. I closed my eyes and almost felt as if i were sleeping but i was awake. So relaxed. I felt as if i were being told it's part of my development. After I couldn't sit any longer, I got up and grabbed my phone which went from working fine to completly glitching and blacking out. I tremoved battery restarted and put phone down until it came back on, i did this multiple times and everyy time i picked up my phone it had the same glitch and turned black, until i finally took out the battery for good. I laid back down and asked my higher self to allow me a break from this energy at which point i must have fallen asleep finally. Meditation yesterday was also new, as i wad breathing im and out I almost felt an orgasmic feeling in my body but it was not sexual if that makes sense? It felt good, but not in thag type of way - just similar? Does anyone have amy similar experiences or advice they could share? Thank you for your time. Love light and peace be with you.

It differs from person to person. But for me in particular I have to get a goo nights rest because that's when all of my spiritual healing takes place. I also feel energy surges at night. My fiances has told me that while I slept i kept moving my legs. So much so that he thought i was awake. Yet I never remember any of it. I say don't worry unless serious symptoms start to occur.
