Needing Some ESP Advice

I have been practicing telekinesis and so far I have only been able to spin objects on a psy wheel but only after staring at the paper for way longer than I would like to.

I have tried to find some good resources on becoming better at telekinesis but haven't been able to find too many helpful websites. I was hoping that someone here might be able to give me some advice.

The strange thing is that I feel very comfortable with reading phrases or feelings from people (like mind reading, sort of), which you would think would go along with lifting objects but for some reason I can't use the same energy for lifting objects and it is kind of tripping me up.

Anyway if anyone has any good guides or techniques on this topic I would be grateful for the help.

Note: If it helps, I feel very comfortable reading energy signatures from people and objects. I am also good at aura reading, healing work, light work, and other forms of energy control which is why this whole lifting object thing is frustrating me. I also experiment with astral projection and lucid dreaming. This is just to give a background of the energy work I am comfortable with. Thank you again for the advice to whoever offers it.

Be prepared to spend quite some time practicing - becoming adept at telekinesis can take years, and good luck with it..........I gave up - it's much easier just to pick up the item and move it to where you want it

Olivia13: Basically a psi wheel is a tool to help with telekinesis. An easy thing to do is to put tin foil on a pencil embedded in something so it stands upright, I use clay, and then you try to turn the tin foil around with your telekinesis. That was a nice easy to follow guideline.

Interest and expectations for TK tend to vary a great deal. I myself am more involved with the telepathic aspects of it. It is good to see a presentation like this.
