NDEs and seeing LIVING relatives
Just wondered on this, does this cast doubt on the question of survival??
Why would living relatives be there to greet you in the afterlife or does this fuel the argument that these are basically hallucinations??
Is there any spiritual answer to this as it is quite a stumbling block??

I have never heard of this phenomenon. Unless it's in the initial stages, while still viewing the physical world. Do you have some links to illustrate peoples' NDE stories of meeting living relatives? ....(on the 'other side'??)

From what I understand it is usually children who will sometimes see a living relative during their NDE. I am not sure how common it is for adults to report seeing living relatives during their NDE.

Not personally, it was mentioned on a reply in the other NDE thread that I started, I'm sure I might have read it somewhere else though.
I really don't want to see NDE's debunked either  |

I'm a sceptical person inasmuch as I have to be pretty well convinced of something before I will be certain of it. And I am hard to convince. That full conviction usually comes from personal experience. I have not had a technical Near Death Experience myself, though many out-of-body events. But I do find many peoples' stories and anecdotal evidence very moving and worthy of consideration. There are many NDE stories which have been remarkable.

It is telling me I can not post links until I make 15 posts or more.
iands.org is the site and it mentions how children see living relatives during their NDE. I have always wondered why that would happen. |
