Sleep paralysis and letters

Had sleep paralysis and saw like a teleprompter with sentences just going non stop from left to right. I was trying to read it but i couldn't make out the words.

Yea. To be practical, we can interact with different intelligences when we are in these different brainwave states. So whatever phenomena occur, we have to have complete control over our own perception so that we aren't confused between what is coming from our own unconscious creation and what is actually another intelligence communicating to us.

My tradition (Drukama has in the curriculum) uses some of this work for very specific purposes but like I said, the hard part is not only getting into these states (congrats by the way!) but keeping our own control over our perception through specific intention (which is the key).
