Can someone please tell me how to astral project from a lucid dream?

Can someone tell me step by step how to astral project from a lucid dream? I can lucid dream, but I have never astral projected before. I figured it would be best to start with something I know and turn that into an astral projection instead of starting from scratch. Can someone please tell me step by step how to astral project from a lucid dream? Thank you.

The truth is that we dream and project in the same bodies and dimensions as one another and so once you turn a dream lucid from that point on it mimics a projection. The only main difference between a lucid dream and a projection is the moment in which a person enters a conscious state of thought and awareness. In a lucid dream it happens after their consciousness has shifted into another body and dimension and in a projection they usually maintain consciousness right until their consciousness shifts into another body and dimension, and then they briefly lose consciousness while that happens and get snapped back into a conscious state moments later in another body and dimension. But speaking from personal experience I have had lucid dreams that mimicked the process of a projection and I have had projections that mimicked the process of a lucid dream. Turning a lucid dream into a projection isn't really possible because once you become lucid it is a projection for the most part! But something I suggest so that you can experience the beginning stages of a projection in a conscious state is whenever you wake up from a dream or lucid dream do not move at all. Remain completely still and just lay there for a minute or two. If all has gone well it should send you into vibrations and then you will teleport back where the dream left off and/or begin a new projection, in this case the process will mimic that of a new projection achieved through meditation. This is how I am able to turn one dream or lucid dream into multiple projections nearly every night. I have been able to teleport back and/or begin a new projection after a lucid dream or projection ended up to 10 times in one go in some occasions.
