Hi
I'm new (to posting - have lurked for a while!) have had a few strange experiences lately which is why I'm here I guess. I realize I feel empty when life seems to get in the way and I don't take time out to meditate and work on my spiritual side. So hoping to be around alot :)

hi
I think the most spiritual thing is wisdom and knowledge. So if you want to get in touch with your spirit guides they are there for you. You should also look up how to decalcify your pineal gland because that is how they communicate with you

Hello Opal,
I can relate to what you are saying about experiencing strange things. I need to meditate more too, and I am growing spiritually. I am going to this church, which is helping me with my way of thinking. I still have a long way to grow. :-)
I agree with Goodfish! I value wisdom and knowledge too. It's true about Spirit Guides are here to help us. As far as the most spiritual thing, I think that varies from person to person. For my friend Leo, it is painting in nature. I am glad you are here. I just joined yesterday or was that over the weekend. I forgot now. Hahaha.
